My Account
How do I create an account?
  (1) Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top of our site.
(2) Enter your email address.
(3) Select New Customer.

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.

NOTE: Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much are the shipping charges?
  We charge a flat handling fee, which varies with the item. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where your fees will be itemized.
I forgot my password.
  Click the My Account / Order Status link at the top of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here." When you click on that link, we will send you an email with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Defective CDs may be returned for refund or replacement. All other sales are final. All ticket sales are final.

If you have received a defective CD, please contact us and we will give you instructions on how to make a return.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?

When will my order be shipped?
  CDs: CDs will be shipped shortly after we receive your order—if it is in stock. Out of stock items will take a little longer.

Tickets: Tickets will be mailed out 1 to 2 weeks before a show. Ticket orders received the week of the performance will be placed in Will Call at the venue. Please bring your email receipt for verification of your order.

NOTE: Some venues do not use printed tickets. In those cases, please bring your email receipt to be admitted at the door.
