Will Taylor & Strings Attached

1. By purchasing a ticket from Will Taylor & Strings Attached ("we," "the organization"), the ticket holder ("you") agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. All sales are final. We will exchange tickets only if the ticket vendor makes an error in fulfilling your order or in the case of a typographical error. If a show is cancelled for any reason, you will be refunded the face value of the tickets or we will issue tickets for another show, with proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

3. No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets.

4. Tickets are sold by section. Your ticket entitles you to open seating within the designated section on a first-come-first-served basis. Priority is given to our season ticket holders. To obtain the best seats within a section, plan to arrive early.

5. Performance dates, times, artists, and venues are subject to change. Please provide us with your correct email address so that we may notify you of any changes. However, we cannot guarantee that we will reach all ticket holders. Therefore, it is your responsibility to check the website at stringsattached.org or the season schedule on this website for updated information.

6. The organization has implemented procedures to minimize oversold situations. However, if a technical problem causes a section or entire show to be oversold, we will attempt to seat you in the best available seats at your price range or lower. If we are unable to seat you, we will refund the face value of your ticket and try to get you tickets to another performance.

7. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone for any reason we deem appropriate. We reserve the right to eject anyone from a concert who is disruptive, creates a problem for other guests, or who violates any of the provisions of these terms and conditions. No refunds will be issued to anyone refused admission or removed from the concert hall.

8. Ushers at the performance are volunteers of the organization and are not employed by the organization. They are there to help ticket holders and to maintain proper order within the concert hall. Ticket holders must comply with the direction of the ushers. If you have a problem with a volunteer, please speak with one of the head ushers or with the house manager. Any decision of the house manager is final.

9. In many venues there are obstacles, such as columns, railings, and walls, that might obstruct your view of the stage. The organization is not responsible for such obstructions. We advise ticket holders to arrive early for a performance so that they can choose seats free of such obstructions. Likewise, tall people, people with hats, or people with large hairdos may obstruct your view and are a normal part of any performance. The organization cannot be responsible for such problems.

10. Audio recording, photographing, and videographing of the performances are prohibited, except by professionals hired by the organization for this purpose. At some performances, a recording of the show will be made available to the public after the concert for a fee.

11. Some venues have their own rules and regulations. Ticket holders will be required to abide by such rules.
